I was arrested in 1986, for RAPE, STATUTORY RAPE, INVOLUNTARY DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE, ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN and CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY. Involuntary deviate sexual had been dismissed. The alleged victim at the time was six years old. My situation resulted from a spanking. The daughter of the woman I was engaged to messed in her pants, so I spanked her, not hard. Beth (the mother) knew I did this. Michele, who is the daughter, said she was going to tell her teacher. I said, "Go ahead". Next thing I knew, Beth and I were charged with the above charges. Note: After I was convicted, they dropped the charges against Beth.

During trial, all the prosecution produced was a story. They brought in their "Expert" witness who was a so-called child psychologist, which I might add was not licensed. Joan Hannig, testified that because the alleged victim colored some birds red and licked her lips, she was sexually abused. Another witness who the prosecution produced was a CYS worker by the name of Margaret Dubin, who also claimed that the alleged victim was sexually abused, no doctors for the prosecution testified. On the other hand, the defense did produce doctors who testified that vaginal intercourse had NOT taken place. Even the prosecution's doctors agreed with the defense's doctors.

To make a long story short, I was convicted and sentenced to 5-10 years. I've appealed all through the court system including the Federal Courts. Everyone one of them denied my appeals. What makes the Justice System so blind? I suppose if I could afford a private attorney, I would not be here but since I can't and have to settle for a court appointed attorneys to defend me, I can expect to be hung out to dry. Court appointed attorneys are not going to bite the hand that feeds them.

Highlights of the case were, a nine inch eraser that I was to have put up in her vagina, and I was to have actually put my penis into her at least 20 times, just like John did 6 months or so before. He was to have done it 30 times before I started going with Beth, the child's mother. Can you picture an eraser 9 inches square, and 2 adult penises entering a six year old little girl's vagina at least 50 times total without any sign of entry etc.? Their excuses were her hymen grew back. Not within the time frame of when these alleged acts were to have taken place!!!! I grant you that we need people to help protect children if they actually are being abused. However, does society need women (like these two), who are so zealous in believing that they are combating one of society's most heinous crimes that in order to be recognized in their field of work, they will put an innocent person in prison by brainwashing a child's mind with suggested ideas. It's a shame, in order for these people to win, they must destroy the mind of a child, and an innocent man's life. Then I would wake up and go to the bathroom.

I have learned as well as others that have been falsely accused and convicted of such crimes that we are alone. No one wants to touch our cases. We, the innocent need REAL HELP, and REAL SOLUTIONS that work. By allowing the Commonwealth of PA. to demand that we the innocent must admit guilt and go to the Sex Offender Programs in order to be paroled, or we max out, which is more punishment. we who are innocent have chosen not to LIE for them in order to gain our release. In cases where there is REAL EVIDENCE, DNA has proven many, many falsely accused and convicted, INNOCENT! How many falsely accused & convicted are there that the only evidence is a stupid story, and say-so without any backup what so ever, such as in my case? It seems as though no one has the guts anymore to fight for what is right, only for what makes them popular. I am innocent, so are others and our lives are ruined for life.
